Refund policy

RETURNS

• Items are eligible for returns within seven days of the delivery date.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, and in its original packaging.

• To start a return, you can contact us at megan@treasurelystudio.com. Include "Return" and your order number in the subject line. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

• Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping cost.

• Once an item is received back and deemed to be in its original condition (no evidence of wear or damage in shipping), store credit will be issued for the value of the item returned. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• A restocking fee may be deducted from refund for items that are received not in original condition.

ITEMS UNELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

• Personalized items are not eligible for return.

• Gift cards are also not eligible for return/refund.

INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email megan@treasurelystudio.com within 24 hours of delivery so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include your order number and a picture of the item.
