Shipping policy

PRODUCTION

Orders typically take between 3-5 business days to process and create, but the production time typically increases during sales and holidays. Remember, we're a small business creating each piece by hand just for you!

CARRIER

After your order has been created, it ships USPS First Class (typically 3-5 days) unless you select an upgrade at checkout.
Once an order is shipped, we have no control over it. Please contact your local USPS for inquiries regarding delays, etc.

LOCAL PICK UP

Local pick up available at any of the events Treasurely Studio will be at during the summer and fall. Please leave a message at checkout with which event you will be at and your shipping fee will be refunded after you pick up your order. Please note, orders must be placed at least one week before an event to be ready in time.

CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES TO ORDERS

The process to create your items begins right away, so we do not accept cancellations or changes once an order is placed. We will do our best to make accommodations for orders that have not begun production. Email megan@treasurelystudio.com with your name, order number, and request. We cannot accommodate any adjustments once the items have begun production.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please verify your shipping information is correct before completing your order as customers are responsible for any fees incurred for orders that are returned. We cannot redirect any packages once they have been shipped. Contact USPS if you need your package redirected.

TRACKING

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.

LOST PACKAGES

Please contact your local USPS if your package is lost during transit.
